It's easy to order, they keep shipping addresses you've used saved; they keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

Last year I accidently stepped on my Mob Hits CD \:p so I ordered another one. Evidently it was out of stock. They immediately let me know and asked if I still wanted to go with the order; and every week I'd get notification that they still didn't have it and if I wanted to cancel the order I had that option. I wasn't in a huge rush since it wasn't a gift or anything, so I just keep picking the "proceed with order" option. They let me know when it shipped and what day I could expect it. I've been very satisfied with them. \:\)

Thats very nice service. We had a bad experience with on-line ordering when my wife ordered basketball shoes for my son from a major sporting goods chain. It's far past the delivery date and the store claims that UPS is at fault and UPS claims the store is at fault.
