Sanchez has been sacked and it was the right move. Now I just hope Dempsey can get out of that sinking ship. I think he will because he's been playing good and I think has been their best player. But I'm a little bias on that. I think he's good enough for a mid-table team or even higher. You guys have any thoughts on that? I liked to hear your views because obiviously I'm going to think highly of him as he's our(USA's) best player.

I would love to see Fulham stay up but I cant see them staying up if they continue this terrible form.

He could easily play for the teams in the bottom half of the table team. He even scored a good goal today. ;\)

And great game for the Gunners, another goal for Ade, I think thats 6 in 6 games agaisnt Spurs. Ande wow did Bendtner jump up high for the winner. That kid is going to be a beast.

Can't believe Nicky Butt was dropped today. Glad Barton didn't make the bench, though.

Anyway, I genuinely hope Newcastle get relegated. They never would, but it would sort out a lot of things.

I like seeing systems fall apart because of their own internal shortcomings. I think relegation for Newcastle would help them form from the back, from a clean slate. As it is, we're just in a perpetual state of desperation and self-imposed pressure.

I hope England fail under Capello, too; if he succeeds, what sort of picture does it paint for English football?

I understand what you are saying, but it nevers does a team good to get relegated i mean look at Leeds three years ago they were in the semi final of the champions league yesterday they played Hartlepool away!

With Capello thats just the way the game is now as soon as we employed Erickson that was it.Im not saying it's right but i cant see it changing now,so good luck to the man

To the Conference we go! \:D

I'd say true football fans are found in the lower divisions, but it'd make me a hypocrite: as far as geographical territory goes, I should be supporting Gateshead, not Newcastle.

Joey "thug" Barton got himself arrested again for assault on Thursday
He might want to keep his head down and his mouth shut in future, especially when he is slagging off his own fans...
