I havent seen alot of De Palma's work (Mission to Mars and The Untouchables) but what Ive seen I honestly dont really like. I found the Untouchables incredibly cliche (maybe due to the time it was made -I dont know), and I honestly didnt like it. And Mission to Mars which wasnt too bad, but has terrible moments (the read out on Tim Robbins' wifes electronic suit display reads "point of no return" when shes rocketing through space to save him

. I mean come on. I understand this is a just a 'movie-ism' but great films dont have them or need them.
So is Scarface different? I will be checking it out this week, but am curious to know if its consistent with De Palma's other work.
Cheers.
