Okay..it has a slow build up at first then gets more intense..it's opera style...with violins and it's kind of sad yet uplifting at the same time...i think he says addio in the chorus but it's not the song addio... There was an English version by Elvis called Surrender....starts out slow and becomes intense. I am curious too. Give us more details.
