I wasn't even able to find STOCK brand online the last I checked...

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol

I found this, but once i logged on, I saw no mention of Limoncello in their list of liquers, but there is an email address and toll free number that might be worth calling:

http://www.stockusaltd.com/stockusaltd

Good luck! (:

Here it is: Limoncé

Italy’s #1 Selling Limoncello

Crafted from sun-drenched Mediterranean lemons bursting with flavor, Limoncé with its pleasingly sweet and subtly tart taste is served icy cold as an after dinner drink, on the rocks or with your favorite mixer. It’s the perfect anytime natural refresher.

We bought as many as we could decently carry home from Sicily without worrying about breakage. I do love the stuff, but only want to drink it in summer, for some reason. Am I the only one that's weird that way??

Babe, is that the exact one you had? I'd still shoot them an email -- you could "stock" up for the summer... ;\)

Its refreshing after dinner, I was looking for the typical STOCK logo/emblem, is that what the bottle actually looks like?

Yes, that's the bottle I remember so very fondly. We went to a bar atop the Hotel Mediterraneo (with the girls, who were 6 and 11 at the time. Where else but in Italy), which is the highest point in Rome. The views were breathtaking. The bartender offered the girls Orangina and potato chips and poured us limoncello in these iced martini-shaped glasses. We were the only people up there, and we sipped limoncello while we watched the sun set over the city.

It is one of my favorite memories of that vacation.

I saw that Patron Cafe in the liquor store, did you know it was flavored with coffee and/or flavoring? Maybe thats why its so smooth? I've thought to sip tequila or do shots but there are certain things i really can't "drink straight" anymore... I almost always need a mixer if its not a shot.
