Rooney plays for Man U. He got hurt last week and is out for like 8 weeks. If you have Dish or Direct TV you can Setanta Sports. Shows a bunch of matches, not just the Premier League but also Champions League, and other sports like rugby and criket. If you have cable you can get FSC and GolTv. Its part of a package with all the other Fox Sports channels. Also get this if you have a dish also. GolTv shows the German league and also La Liga(Spain). Hope that helps. Also, RvP from Arsenal has 2 goals Chopper.

If you dont want to be a fan of the Big 4 (Arsenal, Man U, Chelsea, or Liverpool) there are so good teams out there that still get shown weekly. for example, Fulham has three Americans on the team and I know a few people who support them just because of that. Also, Bill Simmons(the Sports Guy from ESPN) did the same last year and did a whole article on it and its a great read and should help you out a lot. Here's the first page to it: http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=simmons/060719

Reports from Iceland said billionaire sports retail magnate Ashley held talks with Palmi Haraldsson and Jon Asgeir Johannesson over a £135m-plus takeover.
However, a club spokesman was swift to play down the claims, saying: "This is pure speculation. These stories are complete news to the club."
A spokesman for Ashley has declined to comment on the rumours.
606: DEBATE The chances of a take-over are very unlikely
SC Ashley formally completed his £134.4m swoop for the club in June this year.
Chris Mort, the man Ashley installed as his chairman following Freddy Shepherd's departure, has spoken of the new owner's long-term plans for the Premier League outfit.
Ashley reportedly ploughed another £30m into the club last week in an attempt to address the £80m debt he inherited on his arrival.
He succeeded where both the Jersey-based Belgravia Group and the Polygon-backed St James' Park Group had failed when he persuaded the Hall family to part with their 41.6% holding in return for £55m.
His takeover was all but complete when Shepherd's 28%-plus stake was secured for another £37m.
New Magpies manager Sam Allardyce, who had been appointed by Shepherd, had already started his team rebuilding plans.
He invested heavily, bringing in Joey Barton, David Rozehnal, Alan Smith and Jose Enrique among others, although the sales of Scott Parker and Kieron Dyer to West Ham mean the outlay to date this summer is about £7m.

Hey, thanks for the link! That's a great article. Based on what he has to say I really want to watch Tottenham Hotspur. I'm definitely going to just watch a bunch of games though and see if any of the teams grab me. My family is originally from Scotland and England, and I still have distant relatives there so I'm hoping to finally get to visit and catch a game while I'm there. That's probably years away though If you have family from both England and Scotland then the team for you is the mighty Newcastle United! http://www.nufc.co.uk
I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees!
