Not a word about being sorry for breaking the fucking law, while holding the highest office in the State, and let's face it, being it's New York, one of the highest in the land. Just me, me, me. I disappointed myself, blah, blah, blah...

Well you can forgive him for being cagey about his 5th Amendment right, but not one word about the suffering of his wife and children, or his gratitude thathis wife was standing next to him, not a word of remorse for all the people who have supported him politically and financially, not a word about letting down friends and suporters and people who helpd him on the way up, just a big dose of self pity. The only thing this asshole is sory about is that he got caught.

If it wasn't for his wife and children, I'd be doing a very happy dance over his public humiliation.

Actually, I don't feel AS bad for the wife. She's an adult, and she'll weather the storm. She must know what sort of prick he is. However, kids are kids. They're just innocent bystanders.

The one she gained through this terrible ordeal is leverage, which increases every day she is the wife. Mr. Spitzer's worst day still looms on the horizon.

I'm getting tired of this personal shit coming to surface lately. Now the press got on (new) Governor Patterson because it was discovered that he and his wife both had extra-marital affairs a few years back during a rough time in their marriage.

They ended up going to for counseling and worked out their problems.

Isn't it time to put this shit to rest?
