For example, Sabathia was awesome today. I had him benched because he's been so bad up until now. So how do I take this start? Do I assume he is back on track and start him next time against the Yankees? Or do I wonder if his start only looked good because it was against the Royals? Why oh why does his next start have to be against the Yankees?
