I almost benched Shields (45, vs Boston) and Lohse (21) in favor of Peavy (14) and Smoltz (-7) -- so much for my "Aces", both losing. My offense is pathetic, but I'll take a 100-point day.
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol
