Thanks, LLC. I know it's not going to be easy, but I really have to give it up. I sit there and think, "How stupid is it to be a cancer survivor and SMOKE?!" Rationally, I know that, but the urge is tremendous. I have cut down a lot over the years, mostly because there are so few places you can smoke.

I urge you to try it again. When I filled out the survey, and they asked how many years I had smoked, and I wrote "27", it had to be one of the most depressing things I had ever written. I picked up the habit in college, and thought it would be easy to kick. Boy, was I wrong.
