Here is a great chest workout if anyone wants to try it.

1- flat bench press 4 sets, 8-10 reps
2- incline bench press 4 sets, 8-10 reps
3- cable standing flys 4 sets, 12-15 reps
4- decline press 3 sets, 10 reps.


I woke up this morning with nothing to do and went to bed with only half of it done.
