SC, thanks for the info about the later seasons. I think somebody told me about those before, but I'd forgotten. Maybe it was CS, who said those were the ones he'd seen, because I seem to remember trying to convince him to watch the marathon of the classics. I would figure they certainly wouldn't compare to the older ones, but maybe I can check them out someday. And the short story's going as a reminder on my booklist, for the next bookstore trip. SC, I Didn't know you were in an episode of The Twilight Zone I gotta ask, was this from the episode "Mr. Garrity and the Graves"?? I saw it on late a few weeks ago, and that looks a lot like one of the characters. I laughed when I saw your post, SB, because I remember thinking then that the guy reminded me of SC...I almost came on here that night just to tell him about it. But let me tell you SC, from what I saw of this guy, he doesn't even come close as a comparison to you, considering your great wit, kindness, and handsomeness...and did I mention charm?

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

JG, I'm getting the impression that YouTube links just don't do it for you... I'd tell you the same if we found a TZ lookalike for you...you and SC both are winners in my book. SC, no, I don't have any episodes on DVD. That'd probably be more reasonable and nicer to have than my random recordings, but I think I've caught all of the episodes in this marathon on the DVR. We got that when we moved, finally making a switch from VCR recordings, and I'm still having trouble figuring out how everything works! I love this episode on now - The Obsolete Man. Burgess Meredith plays a much 'cooler' character than in the previous one, "Mr. Dingle, the Strong." haha

Why yes it is Gina as soon as I saw it I got my Digital camera and took a picture of the TV
He - (Simón Bolívar) - was shaken by the overwhelming revelation that the headlong race between his misfortunes and his dreams was at that moment reaching the finishing line. The rest was darkness. "Damn it," He sighed. "How will I ever get out of this labyrinth!" So what’s the labyrinth? That’s the mystery isn’t it? Is the labyrinth living or dying? Which is he trying to escape - the world, or, the end of it?

Last week they aired a "newer" episode of the Twilight Zone (from 2002 I think). I'm assuming it was written by Rod Serling, but can't say I remember an older version of it. Anyway, very interesting concept. A woman, travels back in time (I guess via time machine...I missed the very beginning). She had to kill hitler, who was just an infant. She ends up trying to become his nanny. She looks at this little baby in a crib as she holds pillow to suffocat him and finds it very difficult to kill the baby. Anyone else hear or see this? Very eerie and yet very interesting. I won't tall you how it ended. Perhaps Gina has seen it. TIS
