I have to tell you that the fence at the falls is not very high or formidable. I remember that the first time we took the girls there, I had nightmares about them falling over into the rapids.

I must admit that I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often.

As for a reporter who would say that, they are obviously just an asshole. That's all. Not evil, just stupid.
