Trade PendingJL trades: Terrell Owens (Dal - WR) Matt Schaub (Hou - QB) DB trades: Jerricho Cotchery (NYJ - WR) Brandon Jacobs (NYG - RB) First trade ever (in any game) between JL and DB, I think. I think the trade works well for both sides... Cotchery seems to have great chemistry with Favre and Jacobs shores up JL's RB situation. Plus JL gets rid of a Dallas Cowboy. I dislike TO as well, but it's business, not personal and TO is a fantasy football stud. I'm relying on my RB-depth to make up for the loss of Jacobs and I now have two high quality QB's (I hope) to switch around. Frankly, I'm at risk of losing more in this deal than gaining, but what's the fun in playing it safe.

I think it's fair, and definitely upgrades both teams. I give up one of the top receivers, and above average QB, but in return get back an 1,100 yard receiver, and Jacobs who had 1,000 yards in just 11 games last year. My RB position went from a position of weakness, to a position of strength. (Also, having a "Jet" on my team is slightly less painful than having a Cowboy or Eagle.)

Is the J.P. Losman era officially done then? It's been done since last year. Losman got hurt, and lost the job to Edwards, who actually shows poise in the pocket and can throw the ball accurately. Also, Bill Walsh said he's going to be "one of the greats." As long as he's competent, I'll be happy. Drew Bledsoe circa 2002 would be fabulous. Jim Kelly? ZOMG.

I have always loved it when DB or JL make a trade with whoever in whatever fantasy sport. There is always lots of explaining and justification without anybody asking why they made the trade. Now that I've seen DB trade with JL it's even funnier. This and all the other fantasy sports leagues are so great here on the BB. Great regulars .

I'd like Lendale White. Name your price. Lee Evans. Wait, you're a Bills fan. I like MJD. I don't know, offer me something.
