I've seriously never heard of Carlson and Hightower.

DMC, Although I didn't mention it here I've been keeping an eye on your matchup with Yao. It's getting close with 10:30 left to play!

Have I scored 30 points yet tonight?

Right now if my math is correct its 4 points sproles needs to tie me.

Hightower is the fullback (I believe) on the Cardinals and Carlson is ummmmmm no idea.

I'm not trying to be a dick but the more I think about it that trade really is lopsided. I won't push the issue but its arguably a top 5 receiver for 2 scrubs.

Holy shit. Barring a late scoring change overnight, I just beat JG by 1 point on a last second Jet INT. grin tongue

I was watching Stattracker, and I was down 4 points, with less than a minute to go. I shut the computer down thinking I lost. I watched the final couple of plays. Cotchery makes a catch for a good gain, then Clemens throws an INT. I'm like "whoa". That should be at least 5 points. I log back in and I'm now up by
1. Now I have to hope no scoring changes overnight. lol

I agree with you. You had about as tough a loss as possible. I won't complain though. At 0-2, I needed a win badly.

It's ok, I can wait to know the score of my game...

Hightower is the Goal line back for the Cards. Carlson is the Seahawks receiving TE.

This trade allows me to handcuff Edge to his TD Vulture and gives me a backup TE for a slumping WR.

Is it really that lopsided?

Ahh, I knew it'd be close. I wasn't even sure if Coles was gonna play which would've screwed me even more without his 19 pts...

You needed it, and earned it. But I deserved it. tongue wink

Okay, good. I'll tell you tomorrow. tongue

Rivers got you 27 pts, Chambers 9, TJones 3. Yeah, that was 10 more pts than you needed, grasshoppa.

Winners are (unless something changes in the scoring) JL (by 1), LN, YO, TU (by 1), FC, DM and myself.

That puts me in second place, the only undefeated team behind DM. Although luck has been on my side, I am definitely not the second best team.

EDIT: I'm not complaining though, I'm one win away from matching my total from last year whistle

1 point to lose by is harsh - but I don't care. A win's a win for me.

I remember when Plaw used to have a spreadsheet for these types of things and weigh up the unlucky losers each week (that perhaps would have beat 80/90% of the other teams that particular week).

Yeah, he called them Unlucky Loss and Lucky wins. Depending on the range of scores that week, anybody who won a game with a score lower than the median was a lucky win (e.g. LN this week) and anybody who lost a game with a score higher than the median was an unlucky loser (e.g. JG this week).

This sounds like something I'd do if I was just a tiny bit more obsessed. Maybe I'll start, who knows.

Standard 10 team Yahoo league. Live draft.

Pending: I trade Witten and Bush for Reggie Wayne, Jamal Lewis, Shockey, and Chris Perry.

I also have Owen Daniels at TE, so it's not a problem. I'll have to decide between Wayne, Braylon Edwards, Larry Fitzgerald, and Calvin Johnson every week though. RBs will be Addai, Edge, Felix Jones, Jamal Lewis, and Chris Perry. I have Rivers and Warner as my QBs. I think I'll win this league.

Long as I remember The rain been coming down.
Clouds of Mystery pouring Confusion on the ground.
