In any event - I have that LP album, and acquired it off of ebay many years ago. You may want to check ebay out every couple weeks or so until you find it. Or wherever else used records are sold. (It's not out on CD that I know of)
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol
