I wonder If he's thinking "Damn, Here I am, the place I was meant to be in anyway. Fuck it, I had a good run"
The hero and the coward both feel the same thing, but the hero uses his fear, projects it onto his opponent, while the coward runs. It's the same thing, fear, but it's what you do with it that matters. Cus D'Amato

I am hearing now on MSN that the OJ lawyers are saying that this jury was predisposed to convict OJ because he got away with murder the first time.
I don't buy it. This time there were witnesses as well as audio tapes. And just to give him the benefit of the doubt in regards to his murder trial, it was back in 1994 when the public as a whole was NOT as educated as they are today in regards to DNA. On top ot that his dream team was able to cast doubt by brilliantly (not that I agree with it but it was a brilliant strategy) making the trial about Mark Furman, the "racist" cop who wasd out to get a black man. They were able to take the spotlight off of O.J. in that murder trial and point it at Mark Furman. This time it was different. Evidence back by corroborating testimony. The Kidnap conviction is what actually did him in as far as the time that he will be required to serve. I hope that the Goldman family is successfull in taking away his .85 cents an hour pay! He deserves to lose every penny that he has and has ever made. The bastard pranced around after being aquitted with such an "I did it and got away with it" type of attitude. How come he never lived up to his pre-trial promise of using all of his resources to find and catch the murderer of his children's mother? FUCK HIM! Let him rot!

. . . it was back in 1994 when the public as a whole was NOT as educated as they are today in regards to DNA.
That's a GREAT point. If that trial took place today, I'd like to think it would be a slam dunk for the prosecution, and that race wouldn't come into play.

Same thing would have happened with Rubin "Hurricane" Carter. Hurricane Carter can thank the great journalist Selwyn Raab, who is coincidentally the author of FIVE FAMILIES, for leading his crusade from way back in the '60s.

... then when you're finally ready you work your way up to killing your wife and her boyfriend in cold blood. .... Haven't you all watched Shawshank Redemption? Everyone in the court thought Andy was a cold blooded murderer of his wife and her lover, who deserved multiple life sentences. OJ might be innocent Sure, he might be. But innocent is not a jury finding. It's either guilty or not guilty or non-unanimous. Such is based on the evidence presented at trial. Yes your honor.
