TB, what you wrote about is an excellent employee, not an excellent store chain.
True, and a store or a chain doesn't provide service or courtesy--people do. But, given the general level of courtesy and good service I've experiencd at that WM, I'd have to conclude that the management of that store is doing something right.
In general, I've found that nearly all employees of retail stores in this town give courteous service. I never get any attitude here--unlike in the NYC metro area, where attitude was the norm.
