I switched my pick this week. Back in the beginning of the season, I picked all the weeks at once, and I picked the Colts for this week. The way the season has been shaping up, I'm not confident that the Colts can beat Baltimore, so I changed my pick.

At the beginning of the season, I picked the Patriots to beat the Broncos for Week 7, but I changed it as that game is a wild card. Both teams are enigmas.

I don't know why, but I never went into these survival threads because I was already committed to another fantasy game. But now that I'm slowly turning into a Fantasy Whore like JG I wandered in here and realized this would have been fun! I didn't know what Survival games were even though I've heard of them. I looked at Week 8, and 2 games (that don't involve the previous picks) stand out. One is an away team and one is a home team. I'm taking the home team.

I like Baltimore at home to beat the Raiders. I don't think the Raiders can make it two in a row, and the Raven defense should give Russell fits. Also, west coast teams coming east to play 1:00PM games haven't won all year, and I'm pretty sure this is a 1 o'clock game.

The other game I was consideringwas the Redskins beating the Lions on the road. The Skins are pretty good, but the Rams beat them and they struggled with the Browns at home. The Lions made a game of it last week, and they will win a couple of games this year, and they'll probably be home games.

I'm going with the Ravens. Fingers crossed.
