TIS, I know what you mean. The folks on my corner just sold their house after having it on the market for 13 months. The house sold for about $200,000 less than comparable homes 18-24 months ago. Luckily, they had bought it 7 years ago, so they were okay with having to drop the price. They probably didn't make any money, but at least they didn't sell it for less than they bought it.
