They played a trial college game at Citi Field today. The final was 6-4. The initial feeling is that it will be a pitchers' park, but only time will tell how the ball travels when the hot weather comes.

I don't know why I plan out my draft strategy. The second it starts my brain goes "WEEEE!!!" and the plan goes out the door.

I don't know why I bother preparing for the draft. By the end of the season 3/4's of my players are from the waiver wire.

I just found a bill for the internet that says we are late on making a payment and scheduled for shut off. I just paid it, but AT&T sucks and will probably shut me off anyway. I'll be mad if I get stuck with an auto-drafted team.

I bet DB isn't manually setting the draft order because we had a big problem with it last year, when several people including myself misunderstood it.

We should set it like we did a couple years ago when JG made it into a game thread.

Looks like AP, and two of DB's relatives/friends.

I prefer 9 teams over 11 or 12. It gives you more of a chance to find good waiver pickups. Although it didn't seem to matter for JL last year. Every chump he grabbed turned into Babe Ruth and Cy Young.

BTW, I'm at work tonight until 10PM. As you can tell, not much work is getting done today.

I tried searching for the thread with no luck. You did something where you had people pick numbers and letters and you had them coordinated with the third or fourth letter in the people's names. Something like that.
