Yogi will appreciate this child logic. My ten year old stepdaughter was talking to her mom about how to stop biting her nails. They both have that habit. She told her mom that she was able to stop biting her nails. How? She started picking her nose.
I asked her how she stopped picking her nose and she says she hasn't.

That's her reasoning behind it. It would be too disgusting to bite her nails now. I guess having nice looking nails is more important than being seen picking her nose.

My daughter has been trying to stop for a long time. She has gone several weeks now, so I treated her to a French Manicure yesterday. She's so happy with the way they look!! I bit my nails for years, and it's a really tough habit to break. Most of the time you don't even know you're doing it!
I need to get out of the habit of clicking my Knuckles, im always doing it and i know its going to affect me in later life..

I heard that was just a myth, De Niro. Cracking your knuckles doesn't actually give you arthritis or anything else later in life. I may be wrong though.
I thought that myth was started just to get people to stop cracking their knuckles because the sound of it can be annoying to some people.
