"If Dontomasso can figure a way to have a weapon planted, then I'll kill'em."
Its perfect for us. They have an old fashioned toilet with a box and the chain thing.

...The LEVEL of Santino's hate for Carlo seems to have overshadowed the fact that they were ever friends. If it was a friend, you would calmly tell Carlo not to tell your sister to shut up...to someone you clearly hate..you scream at him. Interesting thread (until the stupid GF 'quote-fest'). Lots of people start out as pals - or even closer - early in life and then eventually come to dislike and sometimes even hate each other. Circumstances change things. It happens with marriages, love affairs, and it happens with friendships. Sonny's defense of his sister when Carlo degraded her in front of her own family was a natural reaction of an older, protective brother (especially in that day & age). He may not have 'hated' Carlo at that point, but might've already decided it was a mistake having introduced this jerk to his sister and to the whole family. He must've known that there was a reason Vito didn't want Carlo playing an important role in the Family. Of course, once he was aware of the beatings, Sonny did indeed have a hatred for Carlo. The flashback scene in GFII makes absolutely perfect sense and ties right in with their relationship in The Godfather. Apple

A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government.

But I felt it was worth examining all the same After all, I've been dying of the same heart attack for 20 years.

Olivant, you've won. Do you have to wipe every Apple out?
