Part of me is angry cause they are giving this so much coverage; part of me realizes that an icon in the music world has passed and has made an undeniable mark in music history; and part of me is pissed at myself for watching. mad But yea, that's ALL that is on. Celebrities have come and gone, and tributes never made me feel as conflicted as this one.

yea i remember pricence diana and jrk jr getting alot of media coverage (and i also remember the media messing with the jfk jr accident as well). anna nicole smith shouldnt have been given that much attention though.

If this was the 1990's, perhaps I could understand this coverage. But reality is, he hasn't done anything musically in almost 15 years. Since the mid-90's, the only time he's been in the media was due to bizarre behavior, sexual abuse allegations, and heavy debt issues.
