I liked how when Trumph is revealed, the whole audience went immediately dead for it. OPPS another epic storyline that died on the birthing table. Aside from that trainwreck, most of the title matches were pretty good, advancing storylines and with logical booking...though I must say, the best was the WHC match. C.M. Punk as honest Tweener, seems to be the default hero when facing a total heel (Edge) or a default villain when facing a total hero (Jeff Hardy). So yeah, I watch more Smackdown than I do RAW. And Superstars I like, if because for a wrestling show..its all about the wrestling. What a novelty idea!!! lol no its just a way to get viewers in...i just wonder how long this is going to be (summerslam is my guess) and what the out come is going to be. I like how the WWE stockholders, the REAL ones, took this storyline as fact and the stock dropped a few points tuesday afterwards.

well it looks like it...carlito and primo are not a team anymore...unless ted turns on randy or the other way around before NOC Good as I can't stand Carlito or primo I agree. I never cared for them either. I'd like to see Cryme Tyme get the belts. They're LONG overdue to receive them.

That's what sucks about the WWE regarding tag belts. No matter who has them, nobody gives a shit. WWE doesn't. Why are Cryme Tyme over with their racist gimmick? I've never understood that. They don't stand out as wrestlers or actually done anything to warrant it...I don't get it. Speaking of which, why is Carlito still employed? Anyway, I'm digging the CM Punk/Jeff Hardy storyline. I mean Hardy the super-over crowd favorite and Punk the great wrestler that the crowd has just never gotten behind as a face...and Punk can turn, and make a legitimate argument (think Jericho last year with HBK) of how no matter what, the people won't love him or support. And I loved Punk's snear at that promo last week regarding Hardy's past drug test-failing troubles.

Well they're old (deep 40s), had very active (punishing) wrestling careers, and without the boast shots and adrenaline, they're basically cripples at home in the morning I'm sure.
Smackdown so far has done terrific in pushing new stars into the main event scene in the last year or two, like Jeff Hardy* and CM Punk, so hopefully HBK and Taker aren't so vital to putting butts in seats. Jericho and Mysterio are always dependable main event-fillers.
Compare that to RAW, where it's the same goddamn main event: Orton, Cena, HHH. Maybe Batista, but...same 3-4 assholes. No new talented blood like MVP or Jack Swagger or shit even The Miz being gradually pushed into the main event. But Seth Green? YESSSS!!!! I mean come on.
Of course, you can't ever seem to keep these old wrestlers out of the ring, no matter what. Just ask Ricky Steamboat, retired for 16 years, came back months back at Wrestlemania with a very honorable, respectable capper to his career.
*=And he's apparently going to let his contract run out in a few weeks. Maybe he'll come back in many months from now or not...who knows? Maybe he's forcing the WWE to pay up big for him to return, which was what Jericho and Big Show did and got rich guaranteed upfront paydays.
