Toodoped: Cheers and stay tuned for more free information.
Toodoped: Cant believe that some posters need to open three different threads so they can advertise their projects, and also talk to themselves with the help of different accounts. What is the world coming to?!
Toodoped: whoomp there it is! whoomp there it is! lol
Toodoped: a bird told me that the zipper pants site is slowly going down lol lol lol
Toodoped: The best fun for me is being the puppeteer of a complete idiot lol lol

Toodoped: Lots of "amnesia"...some people are posting the same stuff over and over, and every time they are happy like small kids lol
Toodoped: arent they cute?! lol
Toodoped: a small reminder...screw all paywalls!
Toodoped: GBB rules!
Toodoped: Anyone heard from @BigTuna? He is absent for quite some time...I hope is ok
Toodoped: Any idiot can face a crisis - it's day to day living that wears you out.
VanillaLimeCoke: Well said Toodoped
Toodoped: Thanks buddy! We should continue fighting against these lying paying sites and to protect everyone on this forum, especially the younger generation or posters.
Havana: gambling
Toodoped: that too lol
Toodoped: these days lots of people that I know lost their families and everything they had because its legit and even youngsters can chip in
Toodoped: Same as the mob paying sites...ppl pay for "Disneyland" and wiki mob stuff, something which they can find it on their own with a simple google search
VanillaLimeCoke: Lousy school violence these days. Not even a 6th of the way through September and we've already had a psychotic violent school shooting.
Toodoped: Word. Few days ago, over here, they caught one teenager with a gun and more than 60 bullets, while going to school. I wonder what was his plan ?!
Toodoped: Damn....the retard slowly became a stalker and he's following me whenever I make a post so he can bump up his own $0,5 "projects" lol lol "IT" is finished and I love it lol

Toodoped: aaaaand....the retarded stalker is back again
Toodoped: For those who enjoyed the "TD's Free Outfit Articles 2023/24" thread, well thanks to @TB for making it a sticky on the first page in the OC forum so everyone can enjoy it. Again, I want to personally say thanks to TB, JGeoff and the whole GBB forum. Salut
VanillaLimeCoke: I can’t take it anymore. Everything has gotta change. Or at least a lot.
Toodoped: Screw the world bro...the main thing today is to take care of you and yours.
VanillaLimeCoke: I’m hoping and praying that 2025 will be so much better. …. for real …. Too
VanillaLimeCoke: Merry Christmas
Giacomo_Vacari: Damn, he is posting the same things over and over, nothing new. Watch out the flu is bad this year. January 20th Trump gets sworn in, and hopefully turn things around.
VanillaLimeCoke: Yeah, but they’re already planning things so he can’t turn them around
VanillaLimeCoke: Biden’s pardened over 8000 people, most of which were issued in the last 2-3 months
hoodlum: Yes, most likely 2 piss off that crybaby & compulsive liar now sadly in office.
Jason1969: Hey! After applying months ago, I finally got my button and was accepted as a member!

Why, you don't trust the AP playing for Da Bears? lol That would have been something if the Minnesota AP made it without being drafted!

In 2007, when AP broke into the league in Minnesota, I participated in a live fantasy draft. I decided to take a chance on the rookie phenom as my 3rd RB. When I gave my selection, the commish asked "which one?" I replied "The good one!"

Did anyone else have trouble with Stat Tracker not loading, and then being extremely slow when it did? I'm wondering if it's going to be overloaded with people using it now that it's free.

I tried following it and it appeared to be very slow. I thought it was because I was viewing on my iPhone. That's discouraging if it doesn't work well.

Commissioner's Note
Although I'm loathe to change league settings after the season has started, I've gone ahead and a made a change that will not affect how anyone drafted, but will, I think, improve game play and competitiveness.

This change has to do with the free agent pool. In past seasons, only players recently released have been on waivers and the vast majority of other players were immediately available as free agents. Two issues because of this: (i) "waiver priority" is rendered meaningless and (ii) those immediately in front of their computers on a Sunday afternoon have a distinct advantage because they can react in real time to injuries (e.g. when Brady got hurt in Week 1 last season, someone watching that Sunday could have immediately snatched up Cassel and owned him that same day). I want to make this situation less likely and make waiver placement more important.

I think this is the first time that this option has been made available, but I've selected the option so that immediately after the first Sunday game starts (10:00am PT), all players in the free agent pool will be placed on waivers and will remain there until 11:59pm PT the following Tuesday. This will give everyone a chance to react to injuries and add unowned playres on hot streaks.

I like the new rule. I used to play in a league that had a similar rule, but the weekly waiver priority was set each week in order of first to last. So whoever was in last place at the end of each weekend had the number one pick.

I think it's a fair rule like DB said, because those who are able to sit around all day on Sunday waiting for injuries and then quickly swiping the backups off of waivers now have to wait for two days giving everyone a fair chance. That way the rich don't always get richer unless they saved their waiver priority wisely.

Also, it changes the strategy a little. If you think there is a good backup out there with a chance the starter might get injured, you can pick him up ahead of time in anticipation of an injury. If you take a chance and wait then there might be a chance that half the league can pick him up once the injury becomes reality. So trying to predict what might happen becomes more of a strategy.

Part of the fun of the game (for me) was sitting around watching football on Sundays early in the season, and finding diamonds in the rough on the waiver wire. Now that is gone.

With 10 fantasy games going until baseball is finished, I wouldn't have noticed any changes. lol

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol

I don't think that's necessarily gone. It'll just come down to the waiver priority IF someone else discovers the same person(s)...

But it's not gone it's just delayed. You have to agree things are more fair this way right? I'm saying this as I'm second to last in waiver priority. So I have nothing to gain. I'm all for giving people who don't have time to watch every game on Sunday a chance the next day to compete.

I drafted several players in the later rounds under the impression I could dump them on Sunday for some of the undrafted players that turn out to be impact players. Now, if I understand correctly, "Free Agents", are only free agents Tuesday-Saturday. If I would have know I'd be stuck with some of my players, I may or may not have drafted them.

I don't understand I guess. Why wouldn't you draft the best you could at the moment and then try to upgrade from there, gambling to get the next hotshit before someone else?

You can still "dump" them on Sunday, just gotta wait it out I guess. Commish could explain more... wink

Why is it any more fair than "first come, first served"? The "waiver priority" has now been expanded to "free agent priority". If I would have known this was how it would be, I would have drafted differently in the middle and later rounds.

As you know, I'm always at the top of the free agent transactions. If I would have known that the rules were going to be changed so that free agents could no longer be picked up immediately, I would have probably chosen a few more "known commodities", instead of high risk/high reward players.

It usually works for me, especially in baseball. By the end of the year, 1/2 my team are free agent pickups.

It not even so much a "sucky draft". Who would have thought Mark Reynolds would become the #1 Fantasy 3rd baseman? Or Adam Lind would become a star?

Anyone watching the Chiefs/Ravens game? I have Larry Johnson on my team and the stattracker jsut said he "ran up the middle for an 89 yard loss". He doesn't have a fumble, so how did this happen? Was he running the wrong direction??

In all seriousness the only rule that could possibly effect the outcome of the season would be if you made a rule making it illegal for me to win.

Thank you.
