Why does life always have to be so busy? Don't get me wrong, i love my life and would not change a thing. I would just appreciate a little rest every now and then

When I finished work at half one last night, I had, in the space of twenty minutes, a pint of Fosters, two Jagerbombs, four straight Jagermeisters and three Sourz shots. Felt fine, woke up fine, and now, an hour before I begin my next shift, I've just been hit with a hangover.

So, in the past week, I lost two pretty important things - my driver's license and a watch that Mr. Babe bought me for Valentine's Day a few years ago.
We flew last week, and I had my license and boarding pass in my back pocket so that I could access them easily for the various security checks. Well, I forgot to put it back in my wallet. I realized it was missing a few days later. I had washed the pants I wore on the plane, and checked the back pocket. The (shredded) boarding pass was still in the pocket, but no license. I checked the washer, no luck. No luck either with the jacket I wore, the purse I carried or my carry-on. I went to clean the litter box on Sunday, and there it was, behind the box. When I hung my pants on the clothes line in the laundry room, my license must have slipped out of the pocket and went behind the litter box.
Today I was cleaning the family room and looked under the end table. There was a discarded McDonald's wrapper and a stack of blank index cards, left behind after my daughter's last exam cram session. I crawled underneath the table, which is between the couch, the bookcase and the recliner, and when I picked up my daughter's garbage (cursing, and not under my breath), there was my watch!! She says that if she wasn't such a slob, my watch would still be missing.

Tiger Woods in 'serious' condition after wreck Professional golfer Tiger Woods was seriously injured in a car accident early this morning, the Florida Highway Patrol just reported.
Woods, 33, pulled out of his driveway in the Isleworth community about 2:25 a.m. when he struck a fire hydrant, and then drove into a tree at his neighbor's property, FHP reported.
Woods was transported to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee in serious condition, FHP said. No other information about his condition has been released.
FHP said the airbags in Woods' Cadillac Escalade did not deploy, which means the vehicle was traveling under 33 mph.
I don't get how you can suffer "serious" injuries in a low-speed collision. Charges are pending: was he drunk or something??

I used to like Fosters when I was younger; then again, I didn't have quite the discriminating taste back then. BTW, the fine print here -- if I remember correctly -- is that Fosters was brewed in Canada for us. Maybe ours is better than yours. (I thought it quite odd that it'd be brewed in North America. But then while in Costa Rica I noticed that their Heinekins were brewed locally. I guess that saves some shipping costs!)
