I see they are making another "Wall Street." Believe it or not, I never saw the first one. I don't know why, but just never did. Maybe I wasn't interested in it then, but I am now. I hope they show it (or I'll rent it) before the new one. Btw, Michael Douglas is back in the new one, but don't know about the rest of the cast. TIS

Charlie Sheen and Michael Douglas were absolutely wonderful in their respective roles.

Rumors swirl as NBC says Leno not canceled Jan. 7, 2010, 6:13 PM EST TheWrap.com
Following denials by NBC executives that "The Jay Leno Show" had been canceled (after rumors first appeared that it had), TMZ.com is now reporting that after the show's Olympics hiatus on Feb. 1, it will move back to the 11:30 p.m. time slot. Citing sources it does not name, the report says it's not clear whether Jay's show, would be a half-hour lead-in to Conan O'Brien, or a full hour -- presumably sending O'Brien to the curb.
If any such a decision has really been made, it would be a complete surprise to the camp of O'Brien, who currently occupies the 11:30 slot, according to a person close to the situation who spoke to TheWrap.

Like with Johnny Carson, I don't watch all the time, but it was always nice to have him there. I like Jay and hope he goes back to late night, if that's what works for him. I really don't mind Conan either though. Last I heard, they were talking of giving Leno an 11:30 - 12:05 show and THEN Conan will follow. All speculation though I think. TIS

Report: NBC giving Conan an ultimatum Jan. 8, 2010, 1:24 PM EST MSN Entertainment
After TMZ.com reported on Thursday that Jay Leno would be moving back to the 11:30 p.m. time slot on NBC, the site is now reporting that NBC executives have told Conan O'Brien -- who currently holds that time slot -- that he now has a choice: He can move to the midnight to 1 a.m. time slot, or he can leave the network.
TMZ is also reporting that Conan has not decided what he wants to do, but that he and his people are considering the offer. The report also indicates that if Conan does in fact take the midnight time slot, Leno's show would only be a half hour long. However, if Conan leaves the network, Leno would get a full hour of programming.

To me, it sounds like the network wants Leno and might be trying to squeeze Conan out. I like them both, but would still go with Leno. What's funny is, none of these late night shows are a half hour only are they? TIS

That would be perfect. I hate to see Leno go but also think it's not real fair to Conan. I like them both, so that would be perfect. But then, who cares what I think? If Conan goes to FOX, then they'll be rivals, assuming they both have the same time slot. TIS

If Conan goes to FOX, then they'll be rivals, assuming they both have the same time slot.
Meaning that Conan and Leno will split the NBC viewers, making Letterman the clear winner. The Ross Perot Effect .

Oli, I thought they were talking channel 11 FOX, not the cable fox (O'Reilly and the political channel). They are affiliated, I know, but two separate channels. At least here, they call it Fox. The same network "24" is on. TIS

Raw Story site titled the story: " Fox Signs On Palin......and the sun sets in the west." It might be a good thing. People can see just how inept she really is. Although we're talking FOX. TIS

Haven't seen Rivera in a while... Palin's a joke... O'Reilly's been finished since Beck showed up... so what's new?
