Well this is interesting (keep in mind this is the National Enquirer though):
Apparently Hopper as filed for a divorce on his death bed.

If true, I would think it's an obvious attempt to NOT include his wife in the will. Yet, a family friend is quoted as saying he's " mentally incapacitated" from the drugs. Sounds like an easy out for the wife to say he didn't know what he was doing.
California is community property and always a 50/50 split. I'm not sure how this would help Hopper since they were married for a long time. I "think" she'd be entitled to half of everything he earned from the time of the marriage.
Btw, remember his 8 day marriage to Michelle Phillips?
