Well it was snowing here but it quit, although it will more than likely start back up. It's suppose to snow all weekend Total accumilation is suppose to be 3-5 inches.

The local 10:00 news is showing Geoff's hometown live on tv. The snow has started falling heavily now. In a north/south setup, I am only about 50 miles north of him .... he looks to get as much as 18". I will likely end up with about 4".

Beth looks like the grand prize winner with this storm.... she MIGHT get over two FEET.

The topper? The mid-Atlantic (near Beth) may get socked again in the middle of next week.

Just think we got six more weeks of Winter. The Col has to get up at 4:30 this morning to go to work. I already shoveled 1/2 of my driveway so it wouldn't be so bad when he goes to work. I only did half cuz the back started to hurt.

OMG We got 24 inches. All the shoveling I did early this morning you can't tell. So when my Son gets up he's gonna help me.

Thank God one of my neighbors helped me with his snow blower. Or we would still be out there. All I got to do now is shovel the patio in the back plus I have to shovel some of the back yard so my dog can do his business.

Right now it is bright and sunny out.

It has been a nice day to do my taxes on Turbo Tax and get a REFUND! It started snowing here at 6 pm Fri night. Its still coming down. Not as much as poor Beth, but we're on our way to 18". At 9am there was a foot+. It tapered off for awhile, but its back with a vengeance. I shoveled a little, but got yelled at for trying to have a heart attack. I have a plow coming Sunday. Meanwhile ...sex drugs and rock and roll...well, maybe some red wine and a Godfather marathon.

The birds are eating ok. Note the pine tree bent over. There is a little yellow oval to the right of the feeder. That is the top of a bird bath pedestal about 2 ft under the drifts.
