That is interesting, Uzi. Gotta say, I know plenty of women in their 50's who are in far better shape than they were in their 20's (one of my best friends is an aerobics instructor, just under 46 yrs old); so if you really need to be 'whelped', you might do better not to chategorize by age, with which comes VAST experience...
