So did Harry Truman, long as we're naming names. But technically, they were not 'second terms'; each completed the term of his predecessor, then ran for and was elected President 'in his own right'. Both Truman & LBJ opted not to seek re-election for their own 2nd terms...because they knew that they would lose.
