Genovese Underboss Venero "Benny Eggs" Mangano. Was convicted for his role in the "Windows Case" back in the early 1990's where the mob used Iron Workers Union Local 580 and various companies to control the window replacement industry in New York and skim $142 million from numerous projects. Said to be partially retired at this point due to his advanced age.

Genovese Captain and former Acting Boss Liborio "Barney" Bellomo. Was the first to take over as Acting Boss for Vincent Gigante when he was indicted in the "Windows Case" back in the early 1990's. Was convicted around the same time as Gigante was in the late 1990's. Has been involved in many of the family's rackets including the waterfront and the Carpenter's Union at the Javits Center. A number of members of his crew have also been Acting Boss.

Genovese Captain and former Acting Boss Dominick "Quiet Dom" Cirillo. Was orginally part of Vincent Gigante's Greenwich Village crew. Took over as Acting Boss in the late 1990's when Bellomo was convicted. Had a heart attack shortly thereafter and had to temporarilly step down. Later resumed his role as Acting Boss before he was indicted with other family leaders for racketeering, loansharking, extortion, and murder conspiracy in 2005.
