Genovese Captain and former Acting Boss Daniel "The Lion" Leo. Became Acting Boss after Cirillo went away in 2005 but also continued to run his own crew in the Bronx. Was indicted in 2007 on charges of loansharking and extortion. And again last year on racketeering and conspiracy charges.
