Genovese Captain Rosario "Ross" Gangi. Was involved in the rackets back when the family controlled the Fulton Fish Market. Was later indicted in 2001 with dozens of other members and associates for various crimes including gambling, loansharking, extortion, stock fraud, union fund embezzlement, etc.
