Colombo former Underboss John "Jackie" DeRoss. Was indicted in 2003 with other Colombo and Genovese family members and associates for labor racketeering in the Operating Engineers Union. Was also convicted along with Allie Persico for the murder of Colombo Captain William Cutolo.
