We were hit badly in Hurricane Floyd. Was that in 2000?
Floyd was 1999. I remember because it was my daughters 3rd year at Villanova. She had to evacuate her apartment because a nearby stream was overflowing. The cars in the parking lot were completely submerged. Fireman had to help them evacuate. I heard the NY Thruway was closed on Saturday due to flooding.
