Yeah they kind of have to do something I think just because of the equity issues and credibility issue with the Commissioner.

It's easy to say don't put yourself in those type of positions, which is true I guess. On the other hand the woman followed him to different bars. There wasn't enough DNA able to be obtained for a comparison to Ben's. Does that mean nothing happened or that there's a problem with the rape kit/procedures? Dunno. Either way it's a mess. I have no idea or feeling on what really happened.
