As the decision by police not to effect an arrest and the DA not to even seek a grand jury indictment indicate, nothing is confirmed. As I posted elsewhere, the Board's attorneys will confirm that the chances of a DA getting a grand jury to vote an indictment are about as great as finding food in a grocery store. The DA's decision not to seek an indictment speaks volumes about his and grand jury memebers' confidence in the the accuser's veracity, judgement, and recall.
