All good points SB. I love the scene as the ship passes the Statue of Liberty and you see the faces of all the people.

My grandparents (and father) came to American (a little after that time I think), but I always get a chill at that scene, imagining how they must have felt as the gaze at Lady Liberty not to mention the fear of being in a total strange land and making a new life. That scene is one of my favorites. smile With the beautiful "Immigrant" playing in the background it's very powerful.
