Kurt always has the good lines. I liked Finn's remark about making her an omelet too. This episode was definitely a leg up on last week's. (Kurt's leg kick on tv pun intended). I also like how Kurt was being "one of the boys" and walking out with the guys to defend Rachel. He always considered himself to be one of the girls. What was he gonna do anyway..give them a facial? haha.

I love this show. And apparently Finn loves Rachel and Puck loves Quinn and Will loves Emma. I've missed Emma the last few episodes. Great performances by the choirs, although I thought VA's was a bit too much Jessie and not enough choir. Loved the whole Journey medley, loved Olivia Newton-John being such a bitch. The performance of "To Sir With Love" broke my heart. That's every teacher's dream, I would think. And we got to hear Mike Chang and Other Guy speak again!!! I can't wait to watch the whole season again on Thursdays!

Babe, you just summed it up nicely. But I won't be watching on Thursdays -- I'm holding out for the full first season, and on Blu-Ray to boot! Don't wanna OD on it or anything. But I must comment on Sue's vote for New Directions, and not telling Shu about it.
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

My husband was at a work dinner, so I was saved from the ribbing. There were two moments when I was moved to tears - when Will pulled the car over to cry, and when Finn started talking about how he thinks of Will as a father figure, and then the subsequent "To Sir, With Love".
There were two things about last night's episode that stuck in my craw a little:
1. Why does Will only realize his feelings for Emma during a season finale?
2. The adoption of baby Beth by Idina Menzel's character. First of all, really? You already HAVE a daughter. Sorry she's 16 and you didn't get to change her diaper, but that was YOUR choice. Also, how was a single woman able to walk into a hospital and walk out with a newborn? Even in Lima, there must be a very long waiting list for an infant.
Yes, "Bohemian Rhapsody" is a rather long song, but lucky Quinn managed to drive to the hospital AND give birth before it was over! All labor should be over so quickly! And how did ND get back and forth from the hospital in time for the trophy presentation?
OK, that's actually 3 things!
Oh, and I still heart Finn.

To this point, I haven't actually been that impressed with Jesse and Vocal Adrenaline, but I thought their version of BR was pretty good. A few other thoughts... - I liked how Emma got worked up at the end. - I agree with SB - the whole adoption thing was a little weird. I guess it's implied that Quinn/Idina Menzel's character spoke and agreed, but aren't there character evaluations, home visits, etc.? - The singing was great last night. Sue as always was fantastic.

Josh Grobin asking Sue if she was single, even after she called him a horse, is that bit of subtle humor that makes the show great.
