The municipalities are desperate for cash. They're doing tons of "Click It or Ticket" stings, and that means they can also check registrations and inspections, brake lights, and so on. They're getting tons of money from this stuff. Haha, for a second there I had visions of these people going round breaking brake lights just so they can fine you for broken brake lights. The economic situation in some of these towns is so desperate, nothing would surprise me!

Very nice!!! I'm guessing once Angel & Stella get use to them, they'll all do just fine. Then again, what ever happened to the days when dogs and cats just didn't get along?  Remember the phrase, "fighting like cats & dogs?" It seems in recent times a lot of people have both cat & dog. TIS

Sorry for not responding yet to posts/PMs... I'm beside myself w/ multiple computer issues that're pissing me off to no end, and destined to become an expense I really don't want to bare... FML.

if YOU can't figure out the computer issues, I don't know who can. I hope by now they are resolved. The one that freaked me out the most prevented me from playing Mafia Wars on Facebook -- took all night last night and this morning to figure out!  but now I have my fix   Now to figure out my wireless network issues...
