Was Sosa supposed to be based loosely on Pablo Escobar?

I don't know. But Sosa seems far too slick. I imagine Escobar to be more brutish and fat.

i think he was loosely based on alot of the colombian drug dealers. he came from a rich family was well educated and very smart/clever. i'd assume he was loosely based off pablo(being the top don down there) and the ochoa brother being that he was smart and had come from a good family.
