Dinner for the folks tonight was a complete success!

My mom looked SO happy (smiling, even!) eating her favorite dish, and raving about it! Dad loved it, too - said I should be a chef (I replied, "maybe if I was 20 yrs younger" lol).
Cooking (well) for loved ones is always a special thing.
I'm not so intimidated by Osso Buco or Risotto any more, either. Just takes time and following directions, that's all. And quality ingredients helps, too.
