I was taking 10mg every/other day and it was under control for a while (I accidentally skipped some days), and the last test came back at 235 so he put me on it daily (and, of course, I forget sometimes, and haven't changed my diet at all
). I'll have to get it checked soon to see where it's at.
That trout sounds good, though! I haven't yet experimented with grilled fish, though I want to....
