That show used to be a favorite of mine, but I stopped watching last season. The whole "Charlie Sheen is a whore" thing just got really tired, especially considering his crazy behavior in real life.
I do love Judd Nelson, though. In a stellar cast that gave great performances, I always thought that his was the stand-out performance in "Ordinary People". Oh, and of course as the cop in my favorite tearjerker "Without A Trace".
Not to add to the confusion, but Judd Hirsch was in "Without A Trace?" He was in Numbers.

The ending of "Without A Trace" makes me cry each and every time, no matter that I've literally seen it dozens of times.
I also like the TV show "Without A Trace", and curse the network for canceling it without any fanfare or special final episode. And only the first two seasons are available on DVD. What's up with that???????
Of course! I forgot all about the movie!!! Yes, I agree about the ending. Geez, it's been years since I've seen it.

Anyone see Judd Nelson on "Two and a Half Men" last night?
I did. The show still has its funny moments, but it's not the same as even last season. Charlie looks significantly older than he has and Jake isn't cute any more. I don't know where the plots and scripts can go from here.

I use to watch Two & A Half Men all the time but since The Event started and is on the other channel, I chose to watch that. Sounds like I'm not missing much.
I'm really enjoying The Event though. So far so good.

Agreed. Charlie looks terrible for his age. You can only abuse your body for so long. He just looks plain silly in short pants at this point.
I really gave up on the show last year when it became obvious that Sheen was only playing a much nicer version of himself. I watched last night because I always liked Judd Nelson. Meh. Seeing how much Nelson aged really pissed me off. He's only about a month younger than I am .

I always noticed Sheen always wears shorts. I guess, why not? It's California. But,just out of curiosity, are you saying there is an age when a man shouldn't wear shorts???? Just wondering.

Got it!!! I notice he "always" wears the same thing too. I wasn't sure if you were putting an age on short wearing, in which case, I might as well wear leggins all the time.

I think his wardrobe choices are supposed to reflect Charlie's Peter Pan personality. His cleaning lady is as close as he's going to get to a Wendy, though - his mother certainly isn't giving him anything! Man, is he the opposite of his dad, or what??

Has anyone seen Tony Danza's teaching reality show? God, he looks bad. He looks gaunt. That really short haircut of his is not flattering. But I've started to watch it more and more because it is interesting.

I know the show you are talking about and have seen previews of it but never watched. He's really a teacher correct?
I noticed his hair is gray, but didn't notice anything other than that, as far as his appearance. Then again, I only saw bits & pieces of previews.
Is the show good?

If to know know know him is to love him, maybe we'll love legendary music producer Phil Spector just a little bit more after Al Pacino plays him in a reported upcoming HBO biopic written by David Mamet. Certainly Pacino helped humanize Dr. Jack Kevorkian, the so-called Dr. Death, in HBO's You Don’t Know Jack. Perhaps he can bring some much-needed pathos to the Spector story. For you kids, Spector, who is currently serving a 19-years-to-life sentence for murdering actress Lana Clarkson, created the Wall of Sound in the early '60s with acts such as the Ronettes and Righteous Brothers, and went on to produce the Beatles and the Ramones.
Singer Beyoncé Knowles is reported to be pregnant with her first child calling it a "gift from God", US Weekly magazine reported on Wednesday.
The 29 year old star, who is married to rapper Jay-Z, is said to be "shocked" but pleased at the news.
She had told friends she wanted to start a family but had wanted to complete a world tour and finish her latest album.
News of the pregnancy was revealed by celebrity magazine US Weekly.
A spokesman for Beyoncé has refused to comment on the report. According to the magazine no one was more surprised about the pregnancy than the "Single Ladies" singer herself.
"B was shocked. She loves kids, but she wasn't ready to be a mother just yet," said a source. "She really wanted to get her album done and tour the world again."
Beyoncé is said to be in her first trimester which is less than 14 weeks.
Earlier this year the singer had expressed her desire to start a family saying she "definitely" wants to have children with her husband.
"I hope that those things will just happen naturally," she said of her baby plans.
While there is no official confirmation friends and family have begun offering their congratulations.
Her younger sister Solange Knowles said: "She's got the most beautiful heart. She'll be a great mum."
Record exec Kevin Liles said rapper Jay-Z, who married the singer in 2008, will be a great father. "Jay has been all about family since I met him, and he's always going to be," said Mr Liles.
Texas born Beyoncé is one of the best selling female artists of all time.
She began her career with all girl group "Destiny's Child" before releasing a solo album in 2003 that included one of her biggest hits "Crazy in Love".
While her musical career flourished selling more than 100 million records worldwide she also turned to acting and appeared in the Oscar nominated "Dreamgirls".
After she married Jay-Z in 2008 they were named as the second most powerful couple in showbusiness with a combined fortune of more than $1 billion.
Her financial empire includes a fashion line called the "House of Dereon" and she has lucrative sponsorship deals with Pepsi, L'Oreal and Armani.
She has said one of her proudest moments was attending President Barack Obama's inauguration ball where she performed as the first couple danced to her singing.
Despite her often provocative videos, Beyoncé says she is naturally shy and kept her relationship with Jay-Z a closely guarded secret for six years.
She claims that when she performs she takes on an alter ego known as Sasha Fierce who is able to be more outgoing and overtly sexual than she is in real life.

Saw "Red" this week. I thought it was hilarious, action-packed and the kind of plot holes that you're willing to overlook in an action flick. Helen Mirren is just gorgeous.

It's funny how some people age well and others look out of it before they've hit 30.

Randy Quaid and wife say they're worried about being murdered.
VANCOUVER - Actor Randy Quaid and his wife told Canada's immigration board Friday they are seeking refuge in Canada because they are being persecuted in the United States, after they were arrested on U.S. warrants related to vandalism charges. The pair were arrested on Thursday afternoon in a shopping area of an affluent Vancouver neighborhood.
The Quaids are wanted in Santa Barbara, where they missed a court hearing Monday on felony vandalism charges.
Santa Barbara County Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter said Friday that Quaid and his wife Evi's bail increased to $500,000 apiece.
Their attorney, Robert Sanger, said he hoped the situation could be resolved but declined comment citing the pending case.
Evi Quaid begged a Canadian immigration adjudicator not to force them to return, saying on Friday that eight friends, such as actors David Carradine and Heath Ledger, have been "murdered" under mysterious circumstances and she's worried something will happen to her husband next.
"We feel our lives are in danger," she said.
Evi Quaid said she's been told by a jail nurse that her blood pressure is dangerously high due to stress and that Randy Quaid's mother has been hospitalized in the U.S. as a result of the stress from their legal troubles....
