I'm going with Lincecum. I think she'll throw a great game. The fact Tim Lincecum looks like a witch should bode well this time of year. But I like Cliff Lee in this one and to take the series. I think the G's should have used Lincecum for game 2. (Speaking of Lee:Nice job to the Yankeefans who were throwing beer at and jeering the wife of the player you're most actively pursuing this offseason. I'd say Lee's asking price just rose another 5 to 10 million per.)

Did anyone see this coming with Lee and Lincecum facing off? Wow. A real pitcher's duel, huh? I enjoyed the game.... the team I 'm rooting for won. FWIW - My cable carrier is still fighting with Fox and Fox has blacked out the station. My cable carrier is telling their subscribers to get the MLB series package (for $9.95) and then the cable carrier will reimburse us customers for the charge. Not a bad deal.... I still get to see the Series. I just have to watch it on my computer monitor.

He looks like he hasn't even started to shave yet!! And he's won the Cy Young already? He looks to young to have a Cy Young!! Make that two Cy Young Awards. Wait'll you see Matt Cain's babyface. And Madison Bumgarner (projected 4th game starter) is five years younger than them both.

I'm loving it... tho in my mind I'm like, "how can the shitty Rangers have beaten the..." then I think "...even shittier Yankees" so I have no problem seeing them get shut out after the first two games!
But it's been more than some team beating the Rangers... it's been a GREAT team beating a merely (and now questionably) good team.

I still remember being three outs from a championship in game 6 of '02 and not winning the series. With a 5 run lead no less. Yikes! That was brutal, Blib. You just knew they couldn't win a game seven after that. It was kinda like the Red Sox in '86. After blowing a 2 run lead with 2 out and no Mets on base (the Mookie, Buckner game), there was no way they were winning a game seven.

Texas wins one. Tomorrow is Halloween, and gina will be working her Twilight Zone magic to tie the Series at 2-2. Texas will keep the home field advantage going on Monday and they'll go back to SF where the Giants take Game 6 and then Texas will go with Lee on short rest for Game 7. It won't be enough and San Fran wins.
You heard it here first. You better be right.

Oh baby...is that the smell of my double cheese and divine sauce in the making? Yes sir. 3 games down, 3 more to go. Can't you just smell it?

Awesome win! SFO plays like a WS team should, and I've been enjoying watching. (Didn't see Saturday's game since I was away, thankfully). Lee/Lincecum might turn out differently than Game 1, however. I just hope SFO can end it Wednesday so I can watch the new Bones and Fringe Thursday. (Don't wanna jinx it!)

Uhh... good for Renteria, but shouldn't Lincecum have gotten MVP?
