So in a nutshell, you want socialism, which is essentially putting all the flow of economy in the hands of the government, but then claim there's no requirement for bureaucracy. And if it were to happen, there would be no corruption in the government with distributing all that money. More daydreams.

It depends on the economy, and that would determine the government.
