What about Salvatore LoCascio? Didn't he make the Gambino's over 400 million from the scams he had in the 90's?
The Locascio crew ran two scams, one involving charging the credit cards of people who thought they were taking free "tours" of adult sites on the internet, and another that over billed people who had called various 900 numbers. The two scams together supposedly brought in upwards of $750 million.
