So, I take it that Bedford Stuy is a bad neighborhood?
It WAS bad when Billy Joel was growing up in the '50s through the '70s but now it is not NEARLY as bad as it used to be. It's become somewhat gentrified and yuppified and it is on the way back to being a desired neighborhood.
